Full Service Regional Teams

PSHSA is your local "go-to" organization for public service health and safety information, resources and programs across Ontario. We are working to improve front line services by consolidating our expertise and leading practices while continuing to provide the highest quality, sector-specific resources and solutions. Beginning in January 2011, we have organized into five new, full-service regional teams that will draw on a complete range of disciplines to meet the needs of our sectors, including: occupational hygiene; ergonomics; infection prevention and control; emergency services; special education; nursing and clinical care; public health; and wastewater technology.

Participating in PSHSA Safety Groups

If you are a Schedule 1 firm paying premiums to the WSIB and are in one of our 11 rate groups, consider joining the PSHSA Safety Group. Safety Group members benefit through networking and information sharing opportunities, and may also be eligible for a WSIB rebate. In the past, our Safety Group members have shared a rebate of more than $500,000 and we aim to surpass this in 2011.
